To begin, load your coloured or glittered hot melt stick into your glue gun. Once the gun has reached full operating temperature, decorate the whole surface of your vase with the glue. You can draw any pattern that you like, but the lines of glue should join up to give the decoration some structure.
Once your glue has dried, carefully separate it from the vase using a knife or scraper.
When you’ve done this, you should be able to remove your glue design from the vase completely. If you’ve used clear glue, you can spray paint your design in a colour of your choice. Just wait until it’s dry first!
