How to make wax melts using a Glue Saver

Using a Glue Saver is a great way to cut down on waste glue.

If you like to use lots of different glue colours, you’ll know it can be difficult to chop and change.

But with the silicone Glue Saver, you can dispense any unwanted glue into the side of the mould and recycle it into four new, smaller 12mm glue sticks that you can push out and use later!

This handy accessory is certainly a money saver, but it has other uses that you might not have thought of.

If you want to try something different, the Glue Saver is also great for creating stick-shaped wax melts.

Perfect for releasing fresh and calming fragrances, wax melts are easy and fun to make.

There are lots of recipes available for wax melts online, and you can choose which of your favourite scents to use! Most just require soy wax, candle dye (or micra powder), and some fragrance oils.

Once you’ve created your mix, pour it into the top of the Glue Saver’s columns and wait a few hours for the wax to set hard before pushing out the sticks.

When you fire up your burner, you can melt an entire stick, or to make your wax melts go further, just cut off what you want to use and save the rest for later.

They make great gifts too, and they’re easy to personalise for friends and family by using the recipient’s favourite fragrance.

Why not grab a Glue Saver now and give it a try?
