These changes are to help streamline your experience on our website and make buying a smoother and more efficient process.
What’s changed on the Hobbytec website?
On 14th February, we launched our completely redesigned website, where it’s even easier to browse our product range, view our blogs and get in contact with us.
However, from now on, if you wish to purchase any of our products, you will be redirected to our popular eBay store. EBay provides a safe, secure, and convenient way to shop with us. With a range of payment methods available and the ability to pay in just a few clicks, it couldn’t be easier!
Are there any changes to the Hobbytec service?
Nothing has changed in terms of the service we provide to our customers. You are still able to buy the same products as before, and your orders are still dealt with by the same efficient team here at Hobbytec. The only thing that’s changed is how you buy our products.
Our team are contactable via the same channels as before and are always on hand to deal with any enquiries you may have.
What if I want to buy in large volumes?
As you may have seen, we have added some new pages to our website. One of these is the “Bulk Orders & Distribution page”. So If you’re interested in ordering a quantity of glue sticks or glue guns, all you need to do is fill out the form on the bulk orders page, and someone from our sales team will respond to your query as soon as possible. This also applies if you’re interested in becoming a distributor of our products!
