Why not make it personal this Mother’s Day with a hand made gift? This DIY scrabble photo frame is quick and easy, and the finished result looks great.
You will need:
Glue gun
Glue sticks
Picture frame
Wooden scrabble tiles
Insert a glue stick into your glue gun. Switch your gun on, and let it heat up.
While you’re waiting for your glue gun to reach operating temperature, choose the message you want to spell out with your scrabble tiles (we’ve gone with ‘Special Mum’). Arrange the letters roughly around the edge of the frame to make sure you’re happy with how it looks.
Next, start gluing. Apply a small dot of glue to the back of each scrabble tile, and fix them in place on the frame.
Allow a few minutes for the glue to dry, then reassemble your frame with your chosen picture inside.
