RETURN OF UNWANTED ITEMS
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with a purchase made through our web site, you may return it in its original unused condition within 30 days for a full refund. Unfortunately we don’t currently offer free returns, so please be aware that you will need to pay any return postage costs. If the returned item is found to be damaged or requires re-boxing then a rectification/re-boxing charge will be deducted from any refund. Please notify sales before returning the item.
RETURN OF ITEMS FOUND TO BE DAMAGED OR ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT
If you take delivery of a package and you find that the contents have been damaged in transit or is short delivered, you must notify sales within 2 working days of receipt. Once you’ve spoken with our team, you can then return damaged item(s) to us within 30 calendar days for a refund or exchange. Please notify sales of the damage before returning the item. Notification of non-delivery is required within 14 days of invoice date.
RETURN OF ITEMS FOUND TO BE FAULTY
If an item is found to be faulty, either on receipt or within its warranty period, you may return it for rectification (or, at our discretion, replacement). Please notify sales before returning the item. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE RETURNED GOODS ARE ADEQUATELY PACKED TO AVOID FURTHER DAMAGE OR LOSS.
