If you’re a hot melt glue fan, why not have a go at making your own Christmas tree decorations this year?
You will need:
- Tec 305-12
A selection of 12mm metallic and glitter glues - Tec mat
- Design template to follow for your decorations
To begin, load a glue stick into your glue gun.
Switch the gun on and wait for it to heat up to operating temperature.
Whilst the gun is heating up, place your tec mat over your template, ready to trace the design.
Use your glue gun to trace the design of your first decoration on to the tec mat.
Let the glue cool for around 5 minutes and, once it’s solid, carefully peel the design away from the tec mat.
You can try various designs and use multiple glues if you’re feeling adventurous! If you’re using lots of colours, a Glue Saver can help you to cut down on waste glue.
